English school in Jersey strives for culinary excellence.

I wanted to write a short blog about the famous JLA beach barbecues but finally couldn’t find many photos of burgers or sausages. I was probably too busy cooking (and eating!) the food to be able to take any photos.

After a day of English study and fun outdoor activity we often unwind at the beach, playing games and watching the wonderful Jersey sunsets whilst enjoying a well earned burger.

If we are not having a barbecue, we might be cooking up something delicious at camp, sampling wild local seafood during a huge Jersey low tide, toasting marshmallows on the fire, or even enjoying a take away curry.
