Payments:

A non-refundable deposit comprising 50% of the course fee is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance of the course fee is required by the 15th of May. If you make your booking after the 15h of May the total course fee is due on registration.

Cancellation:

In the event of you cancelling your stay within six weeks of the start of the course we reserve the right to retain 100% of paid course fees.

Non-arrival:

If a student does not arrive for their course, the course fees cannot be refunded.

Curtailments/alterations:

Clients cutting their stay short are not entitled to a refund.

Travel to and From Jersey:

Jersey Language Adventure is not a travel agent. We organise ferry tickets to and from Jersey as a courtesy to our clients.

Jersey Language Adventure is not responsible for costs incurred due to delayed or cancelled ferries.

In the event of a last minute change or cancellation by the ferry company, you will need to make arrangements for your child whilst he or she is still in France.

No refund on course fees can be given due to cancelled or delayed ferries. This should be covered by your travel insurance which we recommend you take out before travelling.
