Payments:

A non-refundable deposit comprising 50% of the course fee is required to confirm your booking. The balance of payment of the course fee is required 6 weeks before the start of your course.

Cancellation:

In the event of your cancellation within six weeks of the start of your course, we reserve the right to retain 80% of the course fee. We will endeavour to re-let the dates to another student. If we are able to re let the dates, course fees will be refunded in full. Refunds for cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Postponed courses:

Courses that have been paid for will be credited to a later date. A course which is postponed within four weeks of the arrival date is treated as a cancellation.

Non-arrival:

If a student does not arrive for their course (without having previously notified us), the fees cannot be refunded.

Curtailments/alterations:

Clients cutting their stay short are not entitled to a refund.
